Hey, I'm Jonathan

I really like traveling for its opportunities to discover and explore things, things that are entirely new to me, and things that I thought I knew, but that seem different away from home. However, in the end, I've learned, it is the people that I meet when traveling that define and make the place they are in, guiding me to, and in, experiences I'd never encounter by myself.

Other than that, I see myself as interested in most cultural "things". I study social anthropology, and even if culture may be the way we eat stuff, or greet each other, I will be satisfied with keeping to books or films:) I'm also an enthusiastic football supporter, and if you work out, take me along.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'd like to travel by myself, but still meet great, interesting people on the way!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive done a lot of amazing things...what felt good was arriving from the east of France to the west coast by bike. The long, wide beaches, disappearing on both sides in extremely straight lines, really left a big impression on me.
