Participated in "the gift circle," a weekly event held in Fairfax, California, for nearly six months straight during 2009 and 2010. As we facilitated it, participants spoke their need(s), offered a gift or more, and truly connected with each other. I was amazed by the feeling of community that the many different groups created together. It was a true gift.
