I am a multi-instrumentalist who thrives on shared experience and living creatively and freely. I was born in Southern California, but spent the majority of my childhood living nomadically on the North and South islands of New Zealand with my parents. I am in love with music and can pick up almost any instrument; I can't imagine my life being devoted to any other means of creativity. I grew up moving frequently, so I've always had the travel bug and can't stay in one place for too long.

I am on here because, for me, the thing that makes traveling so wonderful an experience is the spectrum of personalities and peoples you come into contact with.

Interests

Learning, creating, sharing, and spreading the joy of music. I love good beer, great company, but also enjoy solitude. I am very interested in different cultures, and love traveling and getting to know the locals and their passions. Other interests include hiking, busking, reading, running, cooking, and learning more about myself and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will never forget the night I slowly drifted through an underwater, florescent glow worm cave in New Zealand. That level of calm and darkness and silence as I gazed at the constellations of nature.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been teaching piano, guitar, trombone, and vocals for four years. I love learning through the process of teaching, and enjoy exchanging knowledge as well as being a perpetual student of life.
