Love to cook and eat - no foods are out of bounds (except mayo and octopus) if I am lucky to be hosted by you I will likely seek some advice on cooking your local or staple cuisines

Favorite country to visit is Iceland (4x so far). Will hopefully be going 1-2 times a year both summer and winter
