About Me

I’ve run my own business for most of my adult life — which basically means I’ve worn every hat in the room and learned how to make things happen. I love great food (I’ll try almost anything… except fried bat heads on a stick), and I recharge best by the ocean or out in the hill country. That said, nothing beats skating through a big city — it’s equal parts freedom and chaos, and I’m here for both.

I’m blessed with two incredible adult kids: my daughter’s married and living in the UK, and my son — an honors grad and project-management wizard — is marrying his high school sweetheart. They keep me grounded and inspired.

Philosophy

God’s the energy that ties it all together. My approach is simple: wake up, do some good, eat something delicious, and be kind to your neighbors. Life’s better when you live it that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I went to Moscow several years ago and developed my own Couchsurfing experience. On a layover in Singapore, a girl from Australia told me about couchsurfing.com, and here I am.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A couple in Moscow put me up for 8 days, they were super. They showed me around Moscow and took me to the family country house and late-night soup kitchens. Red Bull Vodka, :) I am happy to offer the same to other travelers from around the world. My goal is to form wonderful relationships in hopes of finding people from all over to go visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been fortunate to have done many amazing things; and met many amazing people!!
I met and put a microphone on Margret Thatcher .... Really .... Conference at the GRB, Houston.

Met Cleo-Green ... I put on and directed an event for the Atalanta Falcons during the Super Bowl, in February... I Got pics!!
