ABOUT ME

I am musician. More than that: I am the bassist. In a musical band the bass is not the most outstanding solo instrument usually but the one who is crucially needed to deliver the bottom fundament of sound in order to keep the whole group together in a musical sense. On a personal level, that means that I am a calm person, not trying to catch everyone's attention and do everything whatever it may cost, but being reliable, solid, on time and down to earth. My greatest passion is music but I am also very much into philosophy, or more general into reading deep and interesting books and talking about them, discussing different standpoints of questions of which the answers might never be found or not even exist, just for the sake of exchanging ideas and learning to see the world out of most various perspectives.

Interessi

My greatest passion is jazz music. Currently I study contrabass at the conservatoire in Groningen / Netherlands and most of my life is listening to music, making music and visiting concerts. But I am not like a nerd or so, I also enjoy the other pleasures of life, meeting freinds, having endless discussions about philosophy, religion, politics and the meaning of life in combination with a good red wine, traveling, cooking, visiting freinds, going places.
