ABOUT ME

Lorna- With a kind spirit, I'm fun & adventurous, a snow boarder, an animal-lover, a veggie grower, & a supporter of all things natural. Loving my new world trip now beginning with friends in USA. Studying at Uni of TN for further Veterinary Physiotherapy skills, followed by experiencing vet rehab centres in the States (NM, CO, AZ), then on to New Zealand for more canine and mountainous fun, onto Thailand and India. Discovery and development of myself and this beautiful planet are high on my To-Do List.

Jon E - I'm an artistic/philosophical type, always learning and creating! I love to study spirituality, ponder meanings, gain understandings, explore consciousness, work on being a better person and growing. For a job I work as a sound guy at a Knoxville bar/venue. I also do freelance graphic design.

Jon K - Born a healer, I've spent most of my life making everyone laugh. I'm highly social, very friendly, and exceptionally silly. I love to sing and dance when I can overcome self-consciousness. I'm on a lifelong journey of acceptance of myself and all others.

*** Two of us are pescetarians (Veggies + Fish), we figured it would be important to note due to the likely hood of sharing dinner with hosts on our travels***

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we get hosted we love to treat our hosts right whether it be by gifts or cooking or doing some tasks around the house in exchange for the generosity!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first experience in Glorietta right outside of Santa Fe, NM was outstanding! We didn't know what we were in for when we got accepted by some guys who live in a "camp outside of town", but when we get there we found out that they were staff of a summer camp located on a huge and scenic conference center with plenty of mountain trails and amazing people. Our hosts were so helpful with accommodating and informing us and even took us on day hikes. We are hooked on Couchsurfing forevermore.
