ABOUT ME

We are three friends. All for one and one for all. We seek out the strange and rad wherever it may be found. We love people and the world. There are 3 of us, Peter, Amber, and Rebecca. We traveled together in India for two weeks in 2008, and after that we know we can go anywhere and do anything together. We have fun in everything we do, always.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Rebecca wants to meet people from other places and help them have a good time in the USA and in Washington, DC. She lives with 4 other people so cannot host couch surfers right now. Peter lives close to Rebecca and also loves to meet people from other parts of the world. Amber lives in NYC and has a lovely cat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We once knew a Spanish woman named Amelia, whom we met in Udaipur, India. Amelia had couch-surfed in Jodhpur at a very well-appointed home. Her host, a middle-aged Indian woman, provided a free guide to the city for a day. It turned out Amelia's host was the mayor of Jodhpur.

We are couch surfing for the first time in Iceland in May 2009 and we cant wait!

Interests

Adventure, especially meeting new people; oddities of the animal kingdom (esp. interspecies interaction); rock 'n roll music, mountains and oceans, Halloween, politics, justice, classic liberal ideals, nicknames, vegetarian soul food, pieing the deserving, nifty dance moves, scoring free things, anteaters, etc.

We like to experience different culture through movies, music and books. All of us read a lot, and love music! Right now, we're reading up on our Icelandic sagas.
