Hi! I’m a movement lover, culture explorer, and big fan of meaningful conversations, good food, and beautiful human connections.

I work as a movement and lifestyle coach, teaching Animal Flow — a bodyweight, ground-based movement practice that builds strength, mobility, and body awareness. For me, movement is not just training, it’s a way of staying connected to myself and to life.

I’ve lived in Cuba, Grenada, and now I’m based in Montréal, and I’m always excited to learn about new cultures, local traditions, and especially local food 😄 I love cooking together, going for walks, dancing, visiting nature spots, and exchanging life stories and perspectives.

I’m warm, respectful, tidy, and very appreciative of anyone kind enough to share their space. I love meeting people who are curious about life, personal growth, creativity, and different ways of seeing the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, traveling is about connection just as much as it is about destinations. I’m on Couchsurfing because I want to experience the world through real human exchange — sharing meals, stories, laughter, and everyday moments that you don’t find in guidebooks.

Sometimes I travel alone, and sometimes with my husband, and in both cases I’m drawn to spaces where people are open, curious, and heart-led. I love learning about local culture, daily rhythms, and what truly makes a place feel alive.

I see Couchsurfing as a beautiful way to meet like-minded people across the globe, create meaningful connections, and be part of a global community that values trust, generosity, and shared experience.

Movies: love the idea of unity and universal love and acceptance despite our external differences. I also enjoy sci-fi!

My favourite book on the other hand my favourite book is a little sad and depressing, A Boy Called It. What touches me is the story of triumph, and self-respect.
