ABOUT ME

Im an easy going nursing student in my first year of uni. I recently moved to Karlstad, a cute town on the top of the huge lake Vänern, quite close to the Norweigan border. I often hear that I'm very calm, which I guess Is true, but I'm also very creative and love to be silly and just have fun! I enjoy learning about new cultures and customs, and enjoy hanging out with people from all over the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a tiny little flat so hosting people isn't optimal. Although, I could host one person at a time for a night or two every now and then. Otherwise I would love to just meet up and get a chance to speak English, since I only have Swedish friends here in Karlstad. I'm not originally from here so I don't know how much I could show you around, but I would be happy to share what I do know about this place, or to just discover together. I would also be happy to teach you Swedish or tell you about our customs, culture etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly met up with people while travelling in NZ and OZ. Only been hosted once. Never hosted anyone myself. Happy to become more active in the CSculture!

Intereses

Skiing, snowboarding, going to the beach, reading, adrenalin filled things like bungy jumping or sky diving, singing, travelling, watching tv-series and so,etimes movies, cooking.

Música, películas y libros

When it comes to books the Harry Potter series is my absolute favourite, but I will read almost anything, from Jane Austen and Nicholas Sparks to horror and autobiographys.

Music wise, at the moment I am very in to swedish pop. Håkan Hellström, Veronica Maggio, Kent, Lasse Lind... Amongst international artists I love The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Lorde, James Blunt, Eminem and many more.

I don't watch a lot of movies these days, I prefer tv-series. Mostly sitcoms (Modern Family, New Girl, Friends, Scrubs etc) and dramas (I really love Orange Is The New Black but at the moment I'm hooked on Gossip Girl).

Algo increíble que he hecho

My whole year as an Au Pair in New Zealand was quite amazing! All the beautiful scenery, the awesome people, the throwing myself out of planes and off of cliffs, learning to surf, celebrating Christmas in the midst of summer, yeah the list could go on and on and on..
