About Me
August, 29th, last day in Taizhong, Taiwan. I sit among my colleagues and our Taiwanese group leaders who were our companions during our stay and have become friends. The table we're having the fare-well lunch at is of a quite famous round hugeness and there are many delicious things on it. I remember very well a short conversation I had with one of the Taiwanese on my left side. I think we began in Chinese, but quickly I had to switch to English, a little exchange of well-known patterns: I like Taiwan, I like the food and the weather very much. It's so sad you already have to leave. I said:
-"I'm gonna miss you, guys."
-"No, I don't believe you."
-"Huh, why not?"
-"I think you're saying it just like that.
-"..."
-"I think you are a traveller."
Maybe she didn't know the word "wanderer", which is more appropriate, I think.
I never missed my home during the time spent in other countries. Is it because I easily forget? Fast adaption?
I enjoy an open "couchsurfing"-tab on my Internet explorer while working. As well, I like listening to foreign radio channels; outside of the window a cloudy sky, pattering raindrops and at the same time I can listen to the St. Lucian speaker announcing the day will be sunny and not windy at all. I sometimes feel terribly free when I don't stow my backpack away.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
because I like people stopping by at my place spontaneously; because I don't like spending most of my time getting rich so that instead of adventuring I will end up spending time in a hotel thinking of work and, ironically, planning to relax more.

wait. I'll go ask my closest friends.
no, no, wait! I know:
Once, there was a boy who was having fun with his friends drinking beer and these Corean green bottles. He took one of the bottles' lids, stepped 1 or 2 meters back from the table and announced to the crowd the lid would be thrown into the beertower. It was. Wow.
