Books: Any non fiction giving me insight into the mysterious brain or exploring the body.

Dickens, Jack London, Kafka, Salinger, Huxley, Wilde, Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, Pratchett, P.K. Dick, Cohen, anything that makes me smile and wonder really..

Folk, Jazz, Blues, Trip hop, Hip-hop, African, Celtic, Classical, Flamenco, Ambient, Swing, Gypsy, Balkan. . Anything I can dance to!

I play a lot of instrumental acoustic guitar and love a sing along.. I love the music of Michael Hedges, Don Ross, Nick Drake, Jose Gonzales, Pierre Bensusan, Tommy Emmanuel, John Martyn, Dylan and The Beatles.. Anything that makes my skin tingle!

I'm not a massive fan of television anymore, although I love nature programs. Anything involving David Attenborough.

Spent time in the Italian Dolomites.. It's an incredible place, like a little utopia for outdoor lovers!

Work at two allotments and have a big interest in food!
I teach guitar

I would love to learn anything that involves movement, particularly dancing! From classical to break dancing I'd be happy with any, swing and salsa particularly interest me.

I'm currently very interested in reigniting my childhood passion of sketching, and would love try different styles of painting/drawing.

Finally I am learning Spanish and would love to do a language exchange!
