About Me

Just finished a contract job with a mental health organisation, so I'm just taking time to travel, meeting new people and getting a new perspective on life.

I'm open to anything really, so I'd be more than happy to learn about you and your area!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Here to meet all sorts of people to broaden my horizons. Would love to expand my network to meet travellers from around the world!

Interests

Travelling, photography, exercise, beach activities, urban exploring.

Not exactly sure what else to add, but I'm very much interested in new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading 1Q84 by Murakami and Tokyo Ghoul by Sui Ishida.

Favourite movies include Inception (demonstrates how powerful a single idea can be), V for Vendetta ('people should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people), and 5 Centimetres Per Second (shows the harsh reality of falling in and out of love). There's probably many others, but they're the ones which pop to mind whilst writing this.

Very much into any books or movies which really get me thinking, especially those with social commentary or depict human nature well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On top of the 36 countries that I've travelled to (and still counting!), I've travelled to North Korea and (barely) lived to tell the tale!

Feel free to barrage me with questions about it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very much open to learning new things and in return, I am more than happy to try and offer any advice. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Someone who would love to have a chat, open to learning new experiences, and most definitely my gratitude for hosting me!

I do enjoy cooking, so I don't mind preparing meals :) I also usually travel with my ukulele (albeit with very limited skill) , so if you also play a musical instrument or can sing, it'd be great to jam together!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Laos, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Vatican City State, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
