我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've always loved what I come away with from an experience whenever I've been afforded the opportunity to engage in deep calling unto deep, stream of consciousness, tête–à–tête discussions with people who are capable along this vein ever since I can remember. I like experiencing interpersonal interaction at its finest with people who I stand to learn a great deal from in a positive, life-changing, never be the same kind of way.

In 2013, I got two attorneys-at-law together to sue the ND Council of Industry with regard to fracking. One attorney (& a very seasoned one at that), one of my mom's former boyfriends, had already instituted the lawsuit before I enabled him to connect & collaborate with a close, personal friend of mine from high school who was an up & coming attorney.

When they put their heads together, they got 20 additional state agencies in on the lawsuit & 4 additional attorneys (or vice versa) both in state & out of state. But I can't help but wonder just how successful they both were given the Standing Rock situation that is unfolding now.

My mom's ex, Fintan Dooley, speaks Arabic as a second language, really has a heart for the Native American people in ND & has even made a declaration on his website on their behalf. And yet, the struggle continues. But this is to be expected given the fact that whenever you try to come up against BIG OIL, it's always an uphill battle ALL the way.

I would imagine the Standing Rock situation, as it "stands" now, would, more than likely, be even worse than it is now if it were not for people like Fintan Dooley & my good friend from high school, TaLisa Martin, operating behind the scenes.

I have no material items to share as I am barely making it myself. But I can share of my time & out of the depth of who I am. I also am willing to cook & share my food for one shared meal out of any given day.

Another thing I can share is the fact I'm a repository of useless information. I have a penchant for finding strange & obscure factoids on the internet. In fact, the truth is stranger than fiction factoids find me.

Finally, I am a word person & am not only happy (if a foreigner wishes to spend a couple days at my place) to answer any & all questions about the English language, but also, any & all questions as to what it's REALLY like to live in America & be an American citizen, & in a very NON-SHEEPLE, think while it's still legal kind of way.
