I wanna travel as much as I can and learn all about other cultures!

ABOUT ME

I am generally a cheerful and happy person; laughter is the best foolproof remedy for everything! While I love being around friends, I still do enjoy time alone at times to do geeky things like reading or catching up on soap dramas (TV is one of my friends too)

Another thing about me is I take a really keen interest in everything or everywhere that's new. I like to explore new places, do things I've never done. Which is one of my objectives here coming on exchange. I'd really like to get to know locals from everywhere to learn about their cultures and practices. Few trips that I have been around so far do make me appreciate life more and they made me a better person in terms of aptitude and graciousness. So yup, this is why I am here on CS!

PHILOSOPHY

Well many people say YOLO. But then sometimes I think about it, no you don't only live once. You DIE only once, but you live everyday. So with that in mind, I just want to live my life the way I want it, do things that make me happy, and keep only friends I know are going to matter.

Interests

Kayaking! Definitely my favourite to date. Havent yet had the chance to try it overseas, doubtful I am gonna get lucky though with winter coming really soon.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love acoustics and I am a huge fan of Boyce Avenue (you have to check out their covers!) I like pop music too, but acoustics are always the ones that stick in my playlist for a longer period of time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't yet got to do anything really crazy... but the best thing I have seen so far was the sunset I caught together with my exchange mates at Edinburgh on top of Calton Hill; the view was absolutely stunning!

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have a specific skill set I can boast about, but if you're interested in say, Mandarin or Singlish, I could make an acceptable teacher :) and if you're a kayaking enthusiast too, please do give me some tips!
