I'm an information security engineer from the Netherlands, who is about to move to Moscow, planning to work in the Russian federation for at least 1-2 years.

Actively searching for interesting contacts in Russia, although I also like to connect with other interesting people worldwide.

I've been using CouchSurfing since 2005, hosted a couple of dozen people in my current city Amsterdam, and I've been CouchSurfing in amongst others Estonia, India, Poland, Russia and the United Kingdom.

I've been hosting people from about a dozen countries, and used couchsurfing during travel as well, mainly in the Poland, the United Kingdom and India.

One of the best books I've read is the Magician by Raymond Feist, an awesome fantasy story ! I also like authors such as James Redfield (Celestine Prophecy, Secret of Shambala) and Paulo Coelho (The Alchemist).

One of the most beautiful places I've been is the Ice Palace in the Jungfraujoch gletscher in Switzerland.

It's located beneath the Top of Europe weather center, from which you have an excellent overview of the Alps, reaching beyond the borders of Switzerland.

If you ever come in Interlaken or Wengen, I advise anyone to visit this amazing place.
