Hi! I'm Jordan, french man from beautiful southern France (Montpellier native).

I studied Film (Masters), and I worked for several film festivals, basically in southern France (Cinemed, Festa Film, Les Rencontres du Court) but also in Montréal (Cinémania), at different posts, started as a volunteer as an host, but then worked as a community manager, communication, programmation,...

I wrote a thesis about French Film Festivals in United States and Canada: socio-economic issues between the opportunity for France to export their films in Hollywood country and a new curiosity for French Films in these countries. I’ve always been interested by America, the influence they have in the world in general and the size of the country, which makes it a breeding ground of slightly different cultures that makes one. Also I can’t help about thinking about my roots that I always compare to other cultures, in order to take everything that’s good in what I see and finally trying to make me a balanced person, and why not help others to be like that too at some point, somehow.
Now that I'm back in Europe, I want to know more about the continent where I was born. Especially northern and eastern Europe!

Otherwise, except cinema my interests are photography, music, traveling, food, and sports, especially running. I ran several marathons and half-marathons. I love Formula 1 too.
