About Me
Hi, I'm Jordan, 23 years old, male, I live in the UK close to a city called Norwich... Sometimes anyway... I spend a lot of time working away, and then when I'm not at work I like to travel and indulge in adventure!
Im a big believer in 'if you love life, life will love you back' and I do exactly that. I'm energetic, spontaneous and optimistic, you'll never see me down!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing in the hope that I will get to go to new places, and be shown their secrets and their beauty by the people that live there, and the friends I make along the way...
I hope to find people that think... Not like me necessarily, but just think. Those that have opinions, views, beliefs, culture, and identity! I think too many people in the world are being placid, flat, lukewarm and afraid to be themselves, so be yourself and let's learn from eachother!
Interests
I like, hiking, sports, kayaking, climbing, pretty much any outdoor activity!
I really enjoy camping, and would love to learn how to horse ride (correctly) haha
I enjoy looking star gazing at night, and love a refreshing stroll in the rain! I think farming is very interesting and I like working with animals.
I can't always fight it... And I have been known to burst out in song occasionally, music is one of my longest passions. Im interested in poetry, and whilst I must confess my attention span may not always let me commit entirely, I can get lost in a book!
I will try anything and I have an open mind :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Raised money for an orphanage in Kibera (the largest slum in Africa) by climbing mount kilimanjaro - the tallest free standing mountain in the world. And it was beautiful!
After the climb we went to the orphanage to assemble beds, chairs tables and toys, and to play with the children that called it home. It was the most rewarding experience of my life so far.
