My name is Jordan McCay and I'm 19 years old from Ireland. I am studying Geography at UCL in London and am planning on traveling as much as possible before returning in September. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well firstly to save some $$ but also because I think it’s a better way to get to know the places I will be staying. I will only be able to stay in each place I visit for a short amount of time and I think Couchsurfing and staying with locals will allow me to get to know the city in a way I wouldn’t otherwise.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is a bit all over the place. I like a lot of things really, mainly Joni Mitchell, Carole King and that sort but can also appreciate some cheesy pop or techno. My favourite movies are probably Silence of the Lambs, City of God and High School Musical. For books, I mainly read stuff based on my university course which consists of geopolitics, earth systems, urban development and resource use (exciting stuff!!)
