Hello everyone! My name is Jordan and I am 22 years old. I've always had an extreme interest in traveling but up until this point this point in my life I've made excuses as to why I shouldn't. But now I've just switched that around and asked myself "Why not?"
I am currently a student Kennesaw State University in Georgia where I major in marketing and I also work at a Nike store.
For a while in my life I've felt like there has been a void in my life that I believe traveling and getting better in touch with nature and spirit will fill.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I do not have a lot of money at all, but I still think it is my calling right now to travel, so I'm trying to find the cheapest ways possible to do so. Also I hope to learn tips and cool stories from those that I stay with, and connect with people from around the world that share my interest to travel

Interests

I am passionate about writing, whether it be poetry, spoken word, short stories, or a novel, I'm always trying to write about something.
I'm very interested in philosophy, and religion. I love learning about all the different kinds of ways of thinking around the world. I very much enjoy intellectual conversations about existential questions of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I loveee movies! All kinds. Some include Looper, Inception, Interstellar (basically all Christopher Nolan movies), Requiem For a Dream, any Marvel movie, About Time, and so much more

Music is a big part of my life too. I can listen to basically anything, with the exception of country (sorry I just can't do it lol). Primarily I am a Hip-Hop junkie. Some of my favorite artists include J Cole, Frank Ocean, Ed Sheeran, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar.

I haven't read as much as I need to, and it's something that I am working on. Currently I've been reading books on ways that I can better my creativity and technicality in my writing.
