Hi there!

I'm a high school teacher who loves meditation, teaching surfing, writing and performing music, walking on the beautiful beaches and in the gorgeous forests on the Mornington Peninsula, and just generally having new experiences and adventures.

Next year I'm going back to do my Honours of Psychology, with a focus on student wellbeing.

In my spare time I volunteer for a couple of organisations - New Republic of the Heart, and Oneness World. The first aims to help people and communities integrate spiritual practice and activism. The second is a think-tank regarding the promotion of higher wisdom in politics. I am also working on building a cosmopolitan conscious community in Melbourne. It's called Integral Melbourne.

Busy, but very rewarding, times!
