About Me

I live in Los Angeles but spend 1/4 of my time living in other countries and travelling the world. I own a few technology businesses and love great food, hiking, outdoors, riding motorcycles, DIY, great conversation and many other things.

People always say there's only one Jordan, hahaha. I am adventurous and very opinionated and interested in many things, yet also very mellow, laid back and open-minded. I am always joking around, laughing, and smiling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfed a few times and the hosts were really cool. I bought them dinner or drinks and then crashed on their couch, bed, etc.

Interests

I love learning and seeing new things. I love meeting new people and getting exposed to different cultures, life philosophies, and ways people live. I love working on my businesses and also have a quasi-artistic side that enjoys building and creating things. I have lots of hobbies and am very adventurous, yet am also super chill with a mellow surfer vibe.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to lots of different kinds of music and love concerts. I don't watch much TV or movies but I tend to like comedies and documentaries. Don't read books much but constantly reading random things online, like different Wikipedia articles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is a new one every day. People tell me my life is surreal, lol

Teach, Learn, Share

Great conversation and potentially a travel buddy. As a common courtesy I would be happy to treat my host to dinner or drinks. I love traveling solo and tend to go all over, so if we get along well, perhaps we'll meet again some day for a side trip. I also have apartment that is centrally-located in Los Angeles, so could happily offer you a place to stay in return.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will treat you to dinner, breakfast or drinks. Drinks could be coffee, tea, beers, or whatever your favorite is.

I have tons of interesting stories if you want to hang out or would happily do my own thing if you don't.

I have a big apartment so can offer you a space if you ever visit Los Angeles. I am super central -- 3-blocks from UCLA and in between Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and Bel Air. Easy freeway and bus access to go anywhere else in LA.
