ABOUT ME

Have been to 70 countries but when I put them on profile I noticed so many more that I would like to experience. The older I get the more I realize that we are shaped most by the people we meet. Early in my travel days when I was the lone american on a particular road people were curious about me but I was and will always be more curious about what makes the rest of the world go - what makes you happy - sad - or any thing else. The only thing that terrifies me is boredom.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just moved to Asbury Park a beach town in NJ and love it here. I can share knowledge of places - cultures and tell tales of being trapped in live volcanoes or stuck in opium war zones but most of all right now I am here to explore.

I like to listen to people and to explore their world. I love topography in the country side and the pulse of a city. I love to read when alone - dance when no body cares what I dance like - and listen to music.

I used to be an adjunct professor at NYU Graduate Biz school, have also taught French, English. Ask and ye shall learn - teach me and I will be better for it.
