HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed myself in cities all over Europe.

I'd love to meet people for coffee or to show them around in Hamburg or Zagreb. Right now (May 2018) I'm exploring Bosnia and Montenegro but I'll be back to host again from early June.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a ton of awesome CS experiences...CS'd in Prague, Sevilla, Basel, Dublin, Helsinki, and Rostock. The last couple years I've found it easier to stay at an Airbnb/ hostel and then meet up with people for a coffee. A bit less pressure and logistics to arrange.

Music, Movies, and Books

way too much music to list.. I like guster and ben folds, then heavier rock w/funk beats like chili peppers (just saw them, amazing show!) and led zeppelin, classic rock -- doors, the who, beatles, hendrix, etc -- some electronic/techno, esp moby some hip hop, mainly old school snoop dogg, tribe called quest, cypress hill, dr. dre... a little bit of progressive like pink floyd or rush, a little bit of punk, ska, metal, just about anything really.

yeah so that's rock. then I also enjoy latin, jazz, and occasionally some classical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences is spending the night on a beach in one of the towns of Cinque Terra, Italy. My friends and I barely got any sleep at the time b/c we were really scared we'd get busted, possibly even fined, but looking back on it, it was awesome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've given drum lessons and English lessons before, and I'd be happy to do so again for anyone hosting me. If not, I can always take you out for a drink! Or cook something delicioso.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, although my girlfriend Ivana takes cooking to an entirely different level, when we travel together she would be happy to make something delicious for us. She even has a cooking blog :) http://colormymeal.com/
