ABOUT ME

I am young, friendly, curious, excited to get to know people. I like traveling and seeing new things. I want to go to graduate school for philosophy.

PHILOSOPHY

I have an intense rebellion towards capitalism, the "American Dream", and the general Western lifestyle. I'm trying to discover how to deal with this in the context of real life. I am working on teaching myself to be as happy as possible and to appreciate the best parts of life. I am contemplating how I should go about trying to create meaning in my life and to fulfill myself as a person. I'm young, curious, and thoughtful. I'm pretty relaxed, and I enjoy good company and a chill environment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm in Europe until August, looking for places to stay. I like couchsurfing because it allows me to get to know local people that I otherwise wouldn't ever get the chance to know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping in the snow at the Grand Canyon in March 2010. Road trip in March 2011, 3500 miles driven alone in one week, from Oklahoma to North Carolina and back.
