Im a guy of 27years old. I love to meet new people but being honest mow im so busy. To spend time with possible guests. I never had one yet but im sure that the ones who comes will leave very happy. My Flat its more than 150. 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms and anything you need to live for a week im my house. NOT accepting people for less than 5 days. Its 1 mini from plaza España were all the busses and trains connect. and 2 minutes from the old town . Sea is literally ten minutes from home and walking 5 min more you get to the beach. Best offer in palma for sure ; ))
Aloud smoking ...not aloud people parting and doing mess for that stay where you are. For sure you can enjoy a wine or a beer
