About Me

MY HOME IS NOT IN VALENCIA, (Vila-real is 70 km far).

I care about who my guest is, so I expect people to care about who his host is too, Letting me know in someway that you read my profile, is something I really appreciate . I understand that finding a host is hard and you have to send lots of requests, but I receive too many copy/pasted requests from people coming to "Valencia", which is a lovely city, but not even close.

I like to keep a busy existence, after I left my previous job I survive as a musician. I'm also involved in projects regarding short films, podcasting, pro-wrestling and NPO's.

I may look like a badass guy to some people, but I'm only badass on stage. I try to stay positive no matter the situation, I love to listen good stories from other people, ans share my own too. I don't like those who choose hate above love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet people and places. Helping other travelers the same way I would want to be helped, and eventually, get some help when I travel. Let's see if Karma really works :)

I love to meet other cultures, and some times if you can not afford to travel, you can bring foreing cultures at you home by helping other travelers.

Interests

Music, Literature, cinema, pro wrestling, comic books, music, beer tasting, cooking... and of course, MUSIC. I can play several instruments, like drums, guitar, bass, ukelele, harmonica... but on stage I only sing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock'n'roll, surf music, jazz, blues, funk, punk, metal, and anything played with REAL spirit, music skills, and attitude!

I really enjoy reading, (about 30/40 books per year), mostly fiction (I love noir), historical, classics, essay and poetry. And a lot of comic books and graphic novels too.

I like all kind of movies, classic, cult, asian, european... I love those movies that offer you something different than the usual ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played a concert with one of my bands in one of the most dangerous prisons in Spain.
I brought pro-wrestling back to my town after 60 years, acomplishing a promise made 20 years before.
I played in 3 gigs with 3 different bands and 3 different towns in the same day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied fine arts, and English language, and always trying to learn new things, about many fields such as human psycology, music, polititcs, history, or foreign and ancient cultures. I'm always trying to learn how to play new musical instruments.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a wide knowledge on the cultural scene around Castellón, mostly in music. So if you are interested in live music, exhibitions, theatre, city history or culture in general I'm sure i can guide you.

Also, if you love wine or you like beer tasting, and you want to visit some great and interesting bars and restaurants with cheap prices I know the right places to go ;)
