ABOUT ME

I'm Jordy, I am 21, I work as a disability support worker and am studying to become a registered nurse. I am very outgoing and love to laugh and have fun. I am a vegan and I'm one of those people who can find fun in any situation and get along with everyone that I meet. I am a non smoker, but I enjoy a drink. I am respectful of all people, and I am completely non-judgmental and open minded.

Interests

I am passionate about my job and when I'm not working I volunteer my time with the organization that I work for. I love being outside and experiencing new things. I really enjoy going out for lunch. I also enjoy relaxing in the sunshine with a glass of wine, hanging out with and making new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to Japan when I was 16 really changed my life, particularly visiting Hiroshima. It made me re-evaluate my priorities and what I wanted to achieve in life. I realized that I am very fortunate to have the life that I do and that I have the opportunity to help others and make the world a better place, even in the smallest ways. A little bit of kindness will make a big difference if a lot of people do it. I think it was such an amazing experience to have at such a young age and all I have wanted to do ever since is work and travel overseas.
