Overview
About Me
I'm a proud Kiwi (New Zealander), but I've been travelling and working overseas for about 6 years...mostly in Europe and Asia. For the last few years I've been teaching English, most recently in Japan. I love teaching for the same reasons I love travelling...because I get to meet a lot of new people and find out about their lives and their culture.
Apart from travelling, I'm into photography, dancing, snowboarding and surfing (but I'm not very good!)
Like most Kiwis, I think I'm pretty down-to-earth and friendly. I love to have a drink and a good chat, especially if it's on a beach!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My sister and I are going to Hawaii and Central/South America soon, and we'd love to stay with some people along the way. Our favorite type of travelling is when we get to make friends with locals and really experience the culture, rather than just staying in a hotel and being tourists!
We haven't had the chance to host any couchsurfers yet since we're always travelling, but when we eventually lose the travel itch and move back to New Zealand, we'd both love to have people stay with us!

What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't know about me, but my sister cooks the best vegetarian food and she's great at giving life advice!
Together we can provide laughs and good chat (hopefully).
Also, if you need any travel advice...we've covered a lot of countries between us, especially in Asia and Africa, so we'd be happy to help you out!
Countries I’ve Lived In
Andorra, Argentina, England, Hong Kong, Japan, Scotland, Spain
