ABOUT ME

My name is Brigette. Not to be confused with Bridget, but Brigette. Said like Brigitta without the "A". Sounds nothing like Bridget.

I dont have available space to house people but I am keen to meet up for a coffee, hikes, casual strolls, hippie frisbee (Im not in to disc golf, Id rather jump around bare footed while tossing a frisbee), beer or a swim (if the weather permits), or potlucks/BBQ! Potlucks are my favorite!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When i moved to The 'Boat, i had a car packed full of things i needed for one winter of living. I didnt really know anyone but wanted to do something everyone thought i would never do, Move away from the only things i ever knew. Boy did i sure show them!! my sister was surfing in the 'Boat' herself and introduced me to some great people who offered what they had. Not going to lie i was a little nervous, until this point pretty much everything i did was planned, everything was expected, i didnt know what to expect. I got a job shortly after moving and met more generous people who just wanted to help. Random people opening up there home to me was comforting and made the move so much more enjoyable. It was the first best random thing I had done and plan to couchsurf more often when I travel.
