Me considero un chico sociable, despierto y agradecido.

Me interesa el arte en todas sus formas, especialmente el cine, la fotografía, la música y la ilustración.

Me gusta leer porque me relaja y cocinar porque me gusta comer bien.

Practico deporte de forma regular. Nado, salgo a correr por temporadas y hago surfing cuando puedo.

Un amigo me introdujo en el yoga hace cinco años y lo intento practicar a diario como ejercicio para llegar a conocerme mejor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is one of my greatest passions. I travelled by my own many times. I spent three months in Malta in 2006, I visited India in 2009, I lived in Australia for 6 months in 2014 before traveling through Indonesia and Thailand for another month. I have lived in Madrid for 20 years, then I moved to Tenerife, Canary Islands for 4 years and then to Barcelona for another 4 years. I spent another 7 months in the Basque Country recently as well.

As Chris McCandless discovers in "Into the wild" happiness is only real when it is shared and I believe that Couchsurfing can be a good window to meet people who could maybe join me on the road.

Viajar es una de mis mayores pasiones. Por encontrarme en momentos vitales distintos a mis amigos a las personas que han sido mi pareja, he hecho bastantes viajes solo. Solo pasé tres meses en Malta en 2005, en 2009 estuve un mes en la India, en 2014 estuve 6 meses en Australia antes de viajar por Indonesia y Tailandia durante otro mes.

Escuché hace poco que para viajar acompañado hay que viajar solo. Sin embargo, tal y como descubre Chris McCandless en "Hacia rutas salvajes" la felicidad sólo es real cuando es compartida y pienso que Couchsurfing puede ser una buena ventana para conocer gente que me acompañe en el camino.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Doors are my favorite music group. I also enjoy Radiohead, War on drugs and Arcade fire.

I listen soul, rock, techno pop and reggae music.

Heat is my favorite movie. I love others like Fargo, Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, Apocalypse Now, Michael Mann's Terrence Malick's, Michael Winterbottom's and some TV shows like Sopranos, The Wire, Mad Men or True Detective.

A book that I really like is Mil Soles, by Dominique Lapierre. This year I read Ordesa, by Manuel Vilas, Los Asquerosos, by Santiago Lorenzo and Patria, by Fernando Aramburu.

También me gusta el rap americano y el rap francés de la segunda década de los '90.

Mi película favorita es Heat. Me encantan otras como Fargo, Pulp Fiction, El Padrino, Apocalypse Now, el cine de Michael Mann, Terrence Malick, Michael Winterbottom y series como Los Soprano, The Wire, Mad Men o True Detective.

Un libro que me gusta mucho es Mil Soles, de Dominique Lapierre. Este año he leído Ordesa, de Manuel Vilas, Los Asquerosos, de Santiago Lorenzo y Patria, de Fernando Aramburu.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As individual experiences, I would remark navigating the Ganges as it passes through Varanasi, living for four years in Tenerife being able to surf the Bajamar's left, driving throughout Cantabria, Spain and Portugal by van, the Australian Golden Coast by a 4x4 car, walking along the Chinese wall, celebrating the 2016 new years eve in New York ...

I'm a food lover and I have been eating in the disappeared El Bulli from Ferrán Adriá, in Celler de Can Roca of the Roca brothers and in Divertxo by David Muñoz between others.

My most introspective experiences were to participate into a Vipassana meditation retreat during 2018 Christmas, an ayahuasca trip, skydiving...

But the best experiences have been meeting my friends and the sentimental experiences I had in the way of life.

Como experiencias individuales diría que navegar por el Ganges a su paso por Varanasi, vivir durante cuatro años en Tenerife y surfear la izquierda de Bajamar, recorrer Cantabria y Portugal en furgoneta, la costa este australiana en coche, andar por la muralla china, pasar las navidades de 2016 en Nueva York...

Comer en el desparecido El Bulli de Ferrán Adriá, en Celler de Can Roca de los hermanos Roca y en Divertxo de David Muñoz.

Las más introspectivas fueron un retiro de meditación Vipassana, una toma de ayahuasca, saltar al vacío desde una avioneta...

Las más reconfortantes han sido conocer a mis amigos y las experiencias sentimentales.

I could teach some graffiti painting, surfing, snowboarding, skating and skateboarding.

Also could show how to cook a proper Spanish omelette, some cold gazpacho soup, paella, homemade pizza or how to handle a photography camera and Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
