About Me

Experiencing different cultures and meeting new friends are things that I love to do.

I studied International Relations when I was in college, and I aspire to be a diplomat someday.

I recently just quit from my job in my home country and decided to travel for an indefinite period and see the beauty of the world and the different walks of life. I'm on that stage wherein I'm discovering what I really want in life but at the same time I'm sure that I would be pursuing further studies so I can practice my field of study.

I'm also a former youth ambassador and a representative to different international organizations when I was a student.

Traveling is one thing that keeps me motivated and driven and I really won't stop until I get to see the rest of the world and what it has to offer. Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that this is a great platform to make good friends around the world. It makes us all connected despite our cultural differences and background.

Interests

traveling, culture, foreign languages, extreme sports (for fun and adventure), movies, current events, or anything under the sun :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I initially visited other ASEAN countries when I was still 19 and I finally completed the 10 countries when I reached 24 last year.

I made the most out of every vacation or leave I get from work/school even if it means staying in Myanmar just for 24 hours lol. Now that I completed one small region of the world, I'm planning to visit the countries in Arab region next since I'm in UAE

2010 - Malaysia -> Indonesia
2011 - Singapore; Malaysia -> Thailand (via mini van)
2012 - non-asean (HK -> macau)
2013 - Cambodia -> Vietnam (via bus)
2014 - Thailand -> Myanmar; Brunei -> Malaysia -> Brunei -> Malaysia (via bus)
2015 - Malaysia -> Indonesia; Malaysia -> Laos -> Thailand

(the " -> " indicates crossing borders or flying from one country to another)

Countries I’ve Visited

Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
