CURRENT MISSION
- Traveling through New Zealand for 3 months (from 30/01/2025 to 30/04/2025.
I have a campervan, but as I solo travel I would like to meet as many local people as I can.
So I am combining the campervan experience with couchsurfing.
Please only accept my invitation if you are also want to spend same together.
This can be for a conversation over diner or to show me some specific on your region.

ABOUT ME

I am 40 year old Belgian Guy who moved to Italy end of February 2022, but will move back to Belgium in June 2025. As; let's face it, Italians don't know how to make beer.
I am an ambivert Guy who likes to drink a beer, loves football (soccer), music festivals, road trips, motorbikes, scuba diving and many more things.
My hobbies kinda change from time to time. Lately have been a lot into cycling.

PHILOSOPHY
Don't follow the paths who are already there but create your own ones.
It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Well, i like the ide that locals show you things around, which you normally would not figure out.
As well as have a beer with them in their local pubs.
Personally when I have a couch surfer over I like to show them things, which would be difficult to find. And have a good time ofcourse.
As well when I am not working I like to have a conversation with them about almost everything in life.
I do not appreciate people who are just looking to stay the night because they didn't found a hotel or something like that. Unfortunately I get quit often these types of request. I will decline them, sorry.

From oct 2008 till october 2009 I travelled one year through Australia.
I also spended 3 weeks in Indonesia (Bali & Lombok.)

So i have seen A lot of beautiful places in Australia and Indonesia.

- Living on the streets, later on a garage in Lilydale.
- Amazing week @ the Australian Open
- Lived 1 month in Manly(Sydney) and 1 in Melbourne

- Roadtrip from Melbourne - Adelaide - Darwin
