HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate as a host for the most part; I have been a guest myself only once.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a member of an home exchange organization called Intervac since 2000 and have done 13 home exchanges. So far I have had more than 140 people who have used my couch through Couch surfing.
I ENJOY HOSTING, BUT I WISH EVERYONE WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY COUCH INFORMATION BEFORE ASKING FOR A COUCH.
I have had a very good experience as a surfer myself when I was hosted for a full week by Irene in Dûbendorf outside of Zürich in 2011. I have also spent five wonderful days in 2010 with a former surfer, Francoise, who lives outside of Toulouse.
