My name is Jose, I'm originally from Albacete, Spain. Albacete is a small city close to Alicante. (For sure Alicante sounds way more familiar..)

I'm based in Barcelona for the past 2 years. I came here running away from the cold after 5 years in London, where I had the best/hardest time of my life, full of rich memories and experiences.

I love traveling, meeting new people, getting involved with their different cultures and beliefs.

At the end of the day, life is a bunch of memories. I believe that the best way get to look back and being glad of the life you had, is filling it with people, memories, trips, experiences, food and cultures that you can always remember and share with your loved ones.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I have personally never used Couchsurfing for traveling. However I enjoy using it for the variety of activities that offers in different cities when traveling. Is the best way to have a non that touristic experience at the place you are currently visiting :)

One of the things I love the most is traveling. It gives you the chance to get to know yourself better, to know the world we have under our feet and the fantastic experiences and sensations that bring you are priceless!

I also really enjoy the good food, and doing proper cooking, I can't imagine a better plan than learning with any friend how to cook some traditional meal from any place in the world and eat it!
