Joseba Zarraga is mountain guide, a mechanical engineer and an explorer of modern times.

In the last 8 years he has designed all kinds of activities for groups and individuals that have led to sustainable travel.

During a lifetime devoted to sport and adventure he visited many countries (25 in total) before his 32nd birthday. Since then he has designed and guided trips all kinds of groups around the world. And for 8 years he has been responsible for high mountain activities in the Ganguren MT (Club Alpino Ganguren) of Galdakao.

This knowledge has brought him to the concept of sustainable travel and teaching everything that means.

Joseba is also the founder of Travelingtobe http://www.travelingtobe.com/ that welcomes travelers who want to enjoy a sustainable journey, providing value to the local environment of the country they are visiting.

Joseba's first book, Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu talks about one of the most impressive Inca roads to Machu Picchu.
