Intrepid traveler....
Out in the world , left the states 6 years ago and mostly been living in INdia...
I am an Ayurvedic , teacher, healer and i teach and treat in places in INdia where westerners come to learn things. So my classes are filled with people from all corners of the world
A spiritual being having a human experience...except the time im a human having a spiritual experience..its all soo confusing sometimes....
well not really.....

PHILOSOPHY

Life is precious....live it..love it...
Being kind to urself and others is the highest spiritual practice we can engage in...so just do it....

I spend my time growing...learning more about myself and unfolding the spiritual dimensions of myself as ive lived a very hearty human life having fun in the material world....
