ABOUT ME

I like meeting new people and getting new experiences!

I have just graduated from a MA Sociology and Linguistics at Uppsala University, Sweden. At the moment I am living in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

I am a member of Service Civil International (SCI - see www.sciint.org), an organization which works for peace through creating volunteer projects (mostly work camps) where people meet others fron different parts of the world and works together for a common goal. I am the president of the Swedish branch of SCI, which is called IAL (Internationella Arbetslag - www.ial.se). So I spend a lot of time working volunteerly for this organization. I also get to do a bit of travelling through this, as we have meetings and seminars in different countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only had one surfing experience :) It was in Moscow and it was great! I also hosted some people and it was really nice!

I read a lot of fantasy and I also like Sci-Fi, I read most types of book, actually... Like to watch Star Trek (all series except TOS).
Music: reggae (almost all types), folk, worldmusic
