Mi nombre es José Manuel, tengo 21 años de edad y soy estudiante de artes visuales. Ahora mismo me encuentro en los ultimos meses de un intercambio estudiantil que hice para venir a estudiar a Barcelona. Nací y he vivido toda mi vida en Santiago de Chile.

Estoy muy interesado en conocer distintas culturas, distintos lugares, distintas tradiciones y distintas personas.
Me encanta caminar sin saber donde estoy, ni hacia donde estoy yendo, me gusta guardar pequeños detalles de mis viajes (y de mi vida en general) en mi memoria, para luego recordarlas cuando veo cosas similares a mi alrededor, por ejemplo recuerdo cuando estuve en Venecia con mi familia y hacia muchísimo frío por lo cual, me tenía que subir hasta la nariz mi sweater rojo para tratar de calentarme. cada vez que utilizo ese sweater, recuerdo lo bien que lo pasé allí y lo bello que era ese lugar.

Me encanta hablar y escuchar, como también me gusta mucho observar y aprender.

My name is José Manuel, I am 21 years old and I am a student of visual arts. Right now I am in the last months of a student exchange that I did to come to study in Barcelona. I was born and I have lived all my life in Santiago de Chile.

I am very interested in knowing different cultures, different places, different traditions and different people.
I love to walk without knowing where I am, or where I am going, I like to keep small details of my trips (and my life in general) in my memory, to then remember them when I see similar things around me, for example, I remember when I was In Venice with my family and it was very cold, so I had to put my red sweater up to my nose to try to warm up a little. Every time I wear that sweater, I remember how good was there and how beautiful that place was.

I love to talk and to listen, as I also like to observe and to learn.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Me inscribí a Couchsurfing porque me parece una plataforma muy buena para conocer realmente el lugar al cual se va, de una forma mucho mas orgánica, que es hablar y convivir con gente del lugar, en un ambiente real y no tan artificial y comercial quizás como son los hostales.

Poder conocer y conversar con gente es siempre muy bienvenido.

Couchsurfing me parece una instancia de confianza tan buena, que me da gran alegría que exista.

I joined to Couchsurfing because it seems to me a very good platform to really know the place to which i'm going, in a much more organic way, that is to talk and to live with people of the place, in a real environment and not as artificial and commercial perhaps as are some hostels.

Being able to meet and talk with people is always very welcome.

Couchsurfing seems to me is an instance of trust in the other and I think that is very beautiful, that gives me great joy that this web exists.

La música que escucho es muy variada, ni si quiera se como calificarla jaja no tengo ningún estilo de música de preferencia, pero lo que si es importante para mi es que sea música que sienta que va bien con el momento que estoy viviendo. Me encanta escuchar música nueva y que la gente me muestre la música que le gusta.

Peliculas, bueno no soy un gran cinefilo la verdad, pero si me gustan algunas peliculas más que otras.

y libros, bueno un libro que me gusta mucho es "el beso de la mujer araña" de Manuel Puig.
