I Can provide a room with a bathroom attached (If you need you can use AC).
If you wish I can share the food with you.
If you need it you can use my home Wi-Fi.

I can teach you SCUBA Diving, Kayaking etc...
can teach you the basic local language words .. which you can easily communicate.
I can give you basic ideas about the local unexplored things in my area .
