Overview
About Me
I've been living on the road since Jan 2023 to explore the world! I'm Korean-American, speak English/Korean/Spanish (+ a bit of French), and curious to meet locals and experience their way of life wherever I go. I hope we're able to share some good moments and stories together :)
My instagram is @josephpark17 if you're curious to see where I've been!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always love learning about the local way of life. Since I've grown up American, I've always searched for other cultures, worldviews, and activities that happen in different parts of the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cycled from Mexico to Panama on the way to Peru for my friend's wedding!
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to do language exchange with the ones I know (English, Korean, Spanish), and learning French.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am happy to chat and share any stories from my travels. I also enjoy providing language exchange. I'm helpful in the kitchen (as sous-chef) but probably not as head chef. Happy to lend a hand in most other things as well! My professional background is in Business and Data Analytics so happy to chat about that if it's helpful at all (for small business strategy, career advice, etc.).
I also recently completed my yoga teacher training, but don't have much experience teaching. I'm happy to guide some yoga & meditation sessions if people are interested! It's part of my typical morning routine anyway and I'm happy to share :)
