From Newcastle, England (born and bred geordie on the banks of the Tyne)
Now living the city life in London After a few years all around europe and hoping to get to know more travellers and locals alike.

I've always wanted to go to the states after watching Man Vs Food and wanting a Christmas somewhere warm so booked a trip for 16 days in December 23 - Jan 24 without any real plans of where to go as wanting to just go with the flow. Work on some recommendations once I arrive and see where the wind takes me without making the rigid itinerary as I'd usually do

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I find couchsurfing a great way to get to know locals in the area. I'm often travelling alone normally at last minute to whereevery the cheapest flights go so its great to be able to hang out with another like-minded person and hear their experiences.

A bit of everything.
In 2021 I spent a months learning to paraglide in the Alps.
Alpine and Nordic Skiing.
Getting out in nature.
Spending time and getting to know one person, sharing experiences and stories and hearing their lives.
Board games!
Nice food, Ideally also learning how to make it from others or experimenting with new recipies.
In last few years I've been developing my houseplants and would love my own fruit frees in a self sufficient orchard one day.

Travelling to northern Norway in attempt to see the northern lights but thinking i may have seen a slight shade of green.
Going to a random Rave in a warehouse in Finland with friends either drunk or high whilst I was completely sober the whole night and actually really enjoying my time there.
