Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, and meet people who do live there, I can afford hotels, but being in a place with an actual soul makes a difference in the trip. I don't "crash" on hosts's couches, I'm a mature educated well traveled adult, I don't need to be entertained but I will like to get to know you and what you enjoy about your city/surroundings.

My favorite books are about anthropology (D.Diamond, D.Graeber...) philosophy (Precht, Onfray,...) but also love the french 19th century literature (Maupassant, Valles,...) and today's amazing style of Philippe Claudel and Jean Rouaud. And the peanuts!!!
Love american independant films (day trippers,...), australian (Lantana), english, spanish, italian...
Allways looking for advices on gay art (literature, movies, expo,...) so I don't have to translate...
