I am a young chef living in the Hudson Valley in Upstate NY, USA. I live here with my boyfriend, Danny, who is also a cook. We are young and excited to learn more about the world and its cooking. I would one day like to own a restaurant of my own and cook for people. To me, this is the most honest way I can think of spending my life.

I am on Couchsurfing because I am interested in travelling and the world and its cuisine. I don't make a lot of money making food so I need a way of travelling that is cheap. I am also a very social person and so I love meeting new people and making connections. I live for good friendship and long-term commitment. For me, travelling on the cheap and meeting new people across the world is a win-win opportunity.

I am also on couchsurfing, of course, to meet people and learn about their lives. I am currently accepting guests, on condition of approval. I can only have ONE GUEST per night seeing as I live with my family and we can only offer our couch. I hope that people will enjoy coming to visit the Hudson Valley. It is beautiful and idyllic here with lots of skiing, hiking, eating, and sight seeing to be had. I hope to be an informative host to those wishing to explore the area.

About MY HOME:

It is a house in the mountains. Withing 20 minutes of old town Woodstock, 30 minutes to Kingston, and 5 to Phoenicia. I live with my boyfriend, my mother, my stepfather, and little half-bro Archie who is 6. If you are not comfortable with kids DO NOT come stay with us. He is a really cool and agreeable boy so hopefully you will like him. Please only stay for a MAXIMUM of 2 NIGHTS. If you need longer, DO NOT request to stay. Thank you!!
