I spent the last 10 years in Washington DC, then at the end of year 8 I realized that I'd spent the last 10 years in Washington DC. I needed to go somewhere else. Now I'm in Thailand.

I don't really have any beyond going to meet-ups with friends and meeting their CouchSurfers.

Interests

Reading, Writing, Movies, Music, Motorcycles, Drinking (but not drinking on motorcycles), Eating, Exploring, Seeing cities from their highest point, Large bodies of water, Meeting new people, Figuring out what motivates people and how they think, The Internet, I really should get back into Photography, History, Appreciating well constructed things, Interesting things, Uncontrollably staring out the window on an airplane, and Dinosaurs.

Not so long ago I started playing the harmonica, one of the most annoying members of the instrument kingdom.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can enjoy anything. I have always felt that if someone truly loves something then it must have some merit (with notable exceptions) and I make an effort to appreciate and understand what that merit is or why someone enjoys it, even if I'm not all that into it.
