Hello! I am originally from Cambridge in the UK but have been living in France for the past two and half years.

With my partner Emma (she’s from Italy) we are spending six months travelling in Asia.

We began in Papua and are planning to keep travelling West. We don’t like to fly so we are hitchhiking and taking buses, ferries and trains!

We’d really love to to get to know new people and places. And we’re always ready to hear your suggestions of where to visit or eat!

When I travel I seek to understand a place. While, as an outsider, I will never fully be able to do this, I believe through exchange, I can come closer. In an increasingly individualistic world, we need more trust and exchanging of stories. Being on Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to learn from others and share my skills and interests in return.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

In 2021, I hiked the Kungsleden trail in the Arctic circle in Northern Sweden. Although the 500km were hard at times with the cold and rain, I have never seen so much wilderness and untouched beauty. Lots of reindeer and wild blueberries too!

I speak French and English so I’d love to do an exchange - teach you some of my languages and learn some of yours :)

We are travelling with our tent so we love to be in nature and go hiking.
