Overview
About Me
I really wanted to study philosophy in college but people told me to study marketing. So I studied Marketing and now I teach Business English online. So, as you can see, I don't really know what to do with my life quite yet. But I know I like to travel, so I am trying to figure this whole "rest of my life" thing out on my way. OPEN TO ANY AND ALL ADVICE. I love hearing stories and I love hearing about people's path to their present.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movie changes with the season but the one that has been my favorite for the longest is "Paris, Texas." I also have seen too much Japanese Cinema.
Favorite Bands: Belle & Sebastian, Tame Impala, Radiohead, John Maus, Nicolas Jaar and too many more to name.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent over a month hitchhiking the northern island of Japan (Hokkaido) sleeping in my hammock wherever I could find a couple of innocuous trees.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a basic understanding of Japanese. I have studied and wrote about contemporary music culture and trends. I love hearing stories about travel or daily life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a charming story, a chromecast(!!), a session drummer (drums not included), a nice book, or even a willing dishwasher.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Poland, Ukraine
Countries I’ve Lived In
