I'm a lifelong homebody who is making a concentrated effort to go out more, see more, and do more.

My current goals are to travel more, starting relatively close to home, to test and expand my comfort zone, and hopefully to make some new friends along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I expect most of my travel to be solo, so I want a way to travel and meet new people at the same time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't listen to music that much anymore, but overall I'd say my favorites are post-grunge and j-pop. Not things that usually go together, I know.

As far as most entertainment is concerned I have a deep affection for anything sci-fi or fantasy related, including, but not limited to: anime, comic books, video games, etc
