Hey im Josh, im a polite, friendly and easygoing 23 years old from a town in the north of England called Wakefield.

I quit my job in a law firm in early January 2016 and purchased a one was ticket to Vietnam, which turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made! After a month in Vietnam I then travelled to; Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia before flying to Australia where I travelled and worked for a year!

After the most amazing year in Oz I decided I still wasn't ready to head back to depressing old England and decided to apply for my working holiday visa for New Zealand! That brings me up to now, I have been traveling around the south island for the last 3 weeks, I have done this by hitchhiking and camping (I decided I wanted to experience something completely different to the time I had in oz, so far so good!)

I absolutely love meeting and making friends with people from all over the world, Learning about other cultures and quirks to other peoples lives is something I thoroughly enjoy! One day I hope to be on the other side and offer my couch to keen travellers who are interested in meeting new people and learning about foreign cultures.
