Happiest when I'm on a bike.

I live in Bramley in Leeds and have a spare bedroom to sleep in.

Before the pandemic I cycled from the UK to Beijing and used and loved couch surfing on that trip. In London I was a couchsurfing host for a few different people and I'm also on the cycling version, Warmshowers. I love meeting new people I wouldn't otherwise get to meet and find out our similarities and differences.

My biggest passion is cycling but I also am a very keen musician, I appreciate a good beer and generally whiling away evenings in good company.

I've benefited from the generosity of hosts before and time to see if I can return that.

Intereses

If I'm outside, I'm happy. Be it playing or watching sport; or out walking/trekking; or sleeping out in wild places.
I have a healthy curiosity, so chances are I'll be interested in whatever comes up.

I play guitar and piano and love going to see bands play, which Leeds is great for.

Cycled through Siberia in winter, including sleeping in -27° in a tent. Would not recommend!

I'm pretty musical, so will happily jam with anyone so inclined. Learning Russian and Spanish so any practice for that would be great!
